- Daily periods of meditation practice.
- Talks by highly trained teachers on meditation and mindfulness.
- 3 teacher led yoga sessions including early morning yoga.
- Optional introductory guidance sessions for students new to meditation.
- 6 Delicious vegetarian meals, with tea, coffee, water, snacks available throughout the day.
- Mindful Sound and movement workshop with drum circle – all instruments provided.
- Large hot pool and Swimming pool on site.
The entire program is specifically designed to be suitable and relevant for people of all levels of practice.
