Developed by renowned molecular biologist, Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, MBSR is an eight week program that has been taught for 39 years at universities and medical centers as a non invasive approach to deal with and reduce stress. In more recent times the practices and principles of mindfulness have been adopted by a wider population as a tool for enhanced performance, focus, creativity and general well being in all areas of life.

The MBSR program in Orange County involves  training in mindfulness and meditative practices, body awareness,  gentle yoga, with educational components on Stress Physiology and discussions on how to cultivate mindfulness and develop greater resilience and peace in your life.
