Developed by renowned molecular biologist, Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, MBSR is an eight week program that has been taught for 39 years at universities and medical centers as a non invasive approach to deal with and reduce stress. In more recent times the practices and principles of mindfulness have been adopted by a wider population as a tool for enhanced performance, focus, creativity and general well being in all areas of life.
