The World Health Organization has described the covid-19 pandemic as a mass trauma event impacting every single living person on the planet. As we emerge more from Covid and move into a time of many other uncertainties, both local and global we can barely begin to understand how we have been impacted.
Our six class session will be taught by Hugh O’Neill and run for two hours each week.
The program will include mindfulness meditation, body scan, mindful movement and yoga type stretching. As well as some more creative exercises, journaling, discussions on various mindfulness, stress and change related topics more particularly through the lens of working with change while cultivating balance and resilience.
There will also be some formal and informal home practice.
An email with zoom link and suggested materials for each class will be sent out to all registrants prior to the beginning of the course.
